Established in 2022, we are a Dubai based design studio, specializing in private residential, hospitality and multi-unit developments. Our expertise extends across all stages of design and construction; from feasibility studies, planning applications, conceptual and detailed design through to monitoring construction on-site, procurement, dressing and hand-over, ensuring each project is finished to the highest level of quality. Striving for the beacon of bespoke design, Karim shares with his team a love of excellence and understanding others, attributes we believe underpin our success, having worked with some of the most esteemed in the business, such as Hirsch Bender Associates (HBA) & A++ , with the collective experience of Karim & One of one team they are more than qualified to take on the biggest.
Prior to One of one, he spent 15 years taking on high-profile projects of a wide range of types, scales and complexities across luxury Residential for UHNW individuals, Five-star hotels & hospitality projects, along with commercial & mixed-use developments.
As an Interior Architect, his ability to understand every facet of the design process ensures he is perfectly positioned to help support clients throughout their journey at One of one design. His profound commitment to clients’ experiences has installed a dedication to the creation of timeless, one-off spaces of the highest quality, all of which are informed by a unique narrative, grounded in functionality with no one-set style.
